The innovation has been introduced to assist people with their tax credits. Amazon Alexa enabled devices including smart phones, tablets and Amazon Echo devices all allow customers to (please note all are in relation to tax credits):

• Provide HMRC info of circumstance changes
• Change or renew payment info
• Check tax credits payment schedule
• Renew Tax credits

The innovation is estimated to help over 3 million people.
